Mahindra North America has announced its 17th donated tractor of 2015 is going to Mike Reed, an active volunteer fire fighter for 25 years in Levering, Mich.
Reed is the winner of a Mahindra eMax 22 subcompact tractor with a front-end loader in the Mahindra Tractors First Responders Celebration, presented by Outdoor Channel. Reed is receiving his eMax 22 from Mahindra’s dealer, Zaremba’s Equipment in Gaylord, Mich. He serves his community as a volunteer fire fighter, works a full time job and is also a cattle rancher.
“Mahindra is privileged to have the opportunity to donate tractors and XTVs to many deserving people over the course of this year through a variety of military, first responder and community initiatives. We are pleased to show our appreciation to Mike with this eMax; we are sure it will be put to good use in his cattle ranching operation. We are fortunate to have dedicated first responders, such as Mike, who bravely serve the communities in which we live and work. Recognizing this service is part of Mahindra’s commitment to our Rise philosophy of driving positive change and empowering people to Rise for good,” said Cleo Franklin, vice president, Marketing and Strategic Planning, Mahindra North America.
This promotion was open to any U.S. first responders, active or retired law enforcement, firefighter or EMT, and provided the opportunity to win a Mahindra eMax 22 Gear subcompact tractor with front-end loader. This tractor giveaway is one element of Mahindra’s First Responders Appreciation Program that also includes special discounts on purchases of a tractor and qualifying implements.
